Requirements for the technical security systems of the objects of VAS Latvijas Gaisa Satiksme are considerably higher than in an average building – when implementing a project, it is necessary to ensure that none of the newly installed objects interfere with the critical systems and do not paralyse the operation of VAS Latvijas Gaisa Satiksme. In the framework of a pre-developed and approved technical project our company modernised the security systems in four objects of VAS Latvijas Gaisa Satiksme – building of the Air Traffic Controllers Unit at Rīga Airport, Radio Transmission Centre in Babīte District (Latvia), and Radio Location Centre in Mārupe District. These objects, though located in different places, are interconnected and operate as a whole which is ensured by the Building information system installed for the customer. This integrated system provides the customer opportunities for the simultaneous remote control of several objects through cameras on all objects, as well as a fire detection system and management of the security guards and access control system, thus ensuring improved management and enhanced efficiency. All objects were also equipped with door card readers.
