SIA GroGlass is a unique plant of progressive technologies, where optical vacuum-coatings for large sized glass are produced. About 20 million lats have been invested into the development of the new plant and into the purchase of technologies.To provide competitive business, it is especially important for a plant that produces nano-coatings to have the most effective construction of telecommunications and data network. SIA Citrus Solutions implemented the construction of the plant’s external and internal telecommunications infrastructure, construction of the telephone and computer network, as well as the delivery and configuration of telecommunication devices, thus providing their clients with the necessary telecommunications infrastructure for the provision of a qualitative, convenient and modern work environment.
At the logistics centre we constructed a fifth category data network, and a sixth category data high-speed network – at the working stations and robot tables of window production because quick and especially qualitative internet is necessary here, not only for the provision of dynamic work, but also because it is an important tool of business functionality when supervising that the information from the constructing computer is qualitatively sent to the working tables and to prevent the loss of information that might seriously endanger the production process.
