Description:
Company SIA “Citrus Solutions” as a general contractor builds the building of Dr. Maurin’s clinic in Mezaparks (Jauna Mezaparka iela 4, within the project “Mezaparks Residences”, Riga). This is the second facility where the company “Citrus Solutions” will perform all works and activities for the construction and commissioning of the building, including landscaping and greenery improvement.

- Total area of the three-storeyed building: 4,262.7 m2
- Road and parking area: 1,848.0 m2
According to the construction process, the building is divided into Group III. Construction is based on the basic principles of sustainable construction. The building is expected to receive a Class A energy performance certificate.
The new building will house Dr. Maurin’s vein and laser medicine clinic with the most modern equipment in the Baltics. The world-class health institution, as it is intended, will definitely be of great benefit not only to the residents of all of Latvia, but also to guests of the country. According to Gatis Didrihsons, the leading architect of the “Didrihsons arhitekti”, the architecture of the clinic will be ascetic, rational, technologically intelligent and suitable for medical needs, but at the same time elegant and subtle. The medical institution will have private departments of surgery, phlebology, proctology, dermatology, diagnostics, aesthetics and gynecology. There will be a car park around the building.
The new branch of Dr. Maurin’s clinic is planned to be available to its customer in spring of 2023.
